FROM BARE CHASSIS TO FINISHED DESIGN
Complete plastic body design and engineering for garden tractor
Garden Tractor Exterior Development
Designed and developed as durable plastic components for their garden tractors focusing on functional design, structural integrity, and visual identity.
Design and Production
M2PLASTICS was responsible for complete exterior body development
of the garden tractor.
The final body design is achieved through combination of multiple plastic manufacturing technologies:
- vacuum thermoformed parts
- injection molded components supplied by M2PLASTICS
- ultrasonic welding of individual parts into complete exterior assemblies
This integrated approach enables the production of large, durable, and visually consistent body components.

FROM LAND ELECTRONICS TO DEEP SEA USE
Complete boat-diver set of positioning device
Diver Positioning System
Developed for reliable underwater communication. Engineered to meet durability demands of deep sea submersion.
Design and Production
Complete series design, including diver's unit, boat unit, and communication module composed of five engineered parts.
Designed to withstand pressure up to 120 meters underwater while maintaining internal atmospheric pressure.
Using technologies of:
- Injection molding for diver unit
components, followed by spray
painting - Silicone casting with spray painting
- PU casting with spray painting
- Large-scale 3D printing of PC-CF
components, including spray painting

FROM LAB TO GYM
Full-scale development of sports and medical device
Muscle Strength Training and Measuring Device
Developed based on scientific experimentation to allow for complete leg muscle strength measurement either for sport-condition or medical-rehabilitation use.
Design and Production
M2PLASTICS was responsible for full-scale prototype design and development based on academic proof-of-concept and its patented method.
The device construction and fully functional production-level prototype assembly included:
- production-ready design of the device body
- metal shaping
- cushioning of user contact areas
- 3D printing of replaceable parts
- custom PCB and firmware development
- complete electronic component sourcing
- user software development
